Ingredients

  • 2 large wheat tortilla wraps

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise plant-based
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1.5 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder

For the filling:

  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup plant-based “beef” mince prepared according to package instructions
  • 2 slices cheese plant-based
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp pickled cucumber

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the sauce and the plant-based “beef” mince.
  • Spread 2 tbsp of the sauce onto one large flour tortilla. Continue with the lettuce, vegan mince, onion, and pickles. Roll tightly.
  • Toast in hot a pan with a bit of oil on all sides for about 2 minutes.
  • Slice into 8 pieces and enjoy with some extra dipping sauce.
