Hi! I’m Betty K.

I am trained plant-based chef, whole foods advocate, vegan mentor and yoga teacher based in Ibiza, Spain. My vegan journey started 2012 when I started my yoga teacher training in Washington D.C.  Through the practice of mindfulness I became more conscious of what is happening in my inside and outside world. 

This new awareness led me to a vegan lifestyle: I started thinking about what actually happened to the food until it ended up on my plate. My main life-principle is „ahimsa“ (sanskrit: non-violence, non-harming) and my goal is to inspire you to a non-violent lifestyle towards animals, plants, and yourself.

With my (mostly) healthy, colorful & delicious recipes, I want to show you, how easy and budget-friendly vegan and healthy eating can be.
