Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread toasted (or your favorite bread)
- 1 block firm tofu 6.5 oz / 180g
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 3/4 tsp kala namak or to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Start by crumbling tofu and seasoning it with kala namak, pepper, turmeric, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Next, mash the avocado and mix it in with the seasoned tofu. If needed, add a little more lemon juice to give the mixture a bright, tangy flavor.
- Toast some bread and spread the tofucado mixture on top. You can also add some lettuce or tomato for some extra crunch and flavor.
