- 4 slices sourdough bread toasted (or your favorite bread)
- 1 block firm tofu 6.5 oz / 180g
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 3/4 tsp kala namak or to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Start by crumbling tofu and seasoning it with kala namak, pepper, turmeric, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Next, mash the avocado and mix it in with the seasoned tofu. If needed, add a little more lemon juice to give the mixture a bright, tangy flavor.
Toast some bread and spread the tofucado mixture on top. You can also add some lettuce or tomato for some extra crunch and flavor.
