PIMIENTOS DE PADRÓN (SPANISH TAPAS)

- 200 g Padrón peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- coarse sea salt
Wash the Padrón peppers and pat them dry.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the peppers and sauté for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are blistered and slightly charred.
Transfer the peppers to a serving plate.
Sprinkle generously with coarse sea salt and serve immediately.
