For the pesto:
- 4 leaves of dino kale curly kale works too
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or as needed
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
For garnish: kale chips (optional)
