Ingredients
- 1.8 oz / 50 g glass noodles soaked in hot water and rinsed
- 1/2 cucumber cut into ribbons with a peeler
- 1/2 carrot cut into ribbons with a peeler
- 4 radishes halved
- 3.5 oz / 100 g silken tofu sliced
- 1/2 mango cubed
- 1/2 avocado thinly sliced
For the dressing:
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp Thai-basil chili oil store-bought
For topping:
- 1 fresh chili finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
Instructions
