MANGO SALSA
This Mango Salsa is sweet, spicy, and full of vibrant flavors. Made with fresh mango, avocado, and a zesty kick from lime and jalapeño, I love to enjoy it with chips or tacos. It's really quick to make, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 mango finely chopped into cubes
- 1/2 bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 avocado cubed
- 1 handful of cilantro leaves finely chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeño or chili powder to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop the red onion and toss with salt and lime juice. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
- Finely chop the mango, bell pepper, avocado, and cilantro. Add the jalapeño or chili powder to taste.
- Combine everything in a bowl and gently toss together. Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve with chips or tacos!
