MANGO SALSA

This Mango Salsa is sweet, spicy, and full of vibrant flavors. Made with fresh mango, avocado, and a zesty kick from lime and jalapeño, I love to enjoy it with chips or tacos. It's really quick to make, and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango finely chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1 handful of cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeño or chili powder to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the red onion and toss with salt and lime juice. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
  • Finely chop the mango, bell pepper, avocado, and cilantro. Add the jalapeño or chili powder to taste.
  • Combine everything in a bowl and gently toss together. Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve with chips or tacos!
