- 1/2 carrot chopped into small cubes
- 1/4 stalk celery chopped into small cubes
- 1/4 cup Chinese cabbage or napa cabbage finely chopped
- 1.8 oz / 50 g glass noodles
- 1 cup hot water
For the sauce:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce / tamari
- 1 tsp brown rice vinegar
- 1 tsp teriyaki sauce from Clearspring
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce or as desired
Instructions
- Fill a glass jar (suitable for hot contents) with your chopped vegetables and the glass noodles. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Add to the jar with the veggies.
