Black Lentil Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups black lentils boiled
- 3 tbsp black tahini
- 1 tsp cumin
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic optional, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- ice-water as needed
For garnish (optional):
- 3 radishes halved
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- To make this dip, you will need to boil 2 cups of black lentils until they are soft. Then, in a food processor, combine the lentils with 3 tablespoons of black tahini, 1 teaspoon of cumin, the juice of 1 lemon, and salt to taste. You can also add a chopped clove of garlic if you prefer.
- Begin to process the ingredients and add ice water little by little until you reach your desired consistency. The amount of water you add will depend on the thickness of your tahini.
- For garnish, you can use radishes, pomegranate seeds, cauliflower florets, seed mix, dill, and olive oil.
