With just one ingredient - almonds - you can easily make a nutritious alternative to peanut butter. Use a little salt or sugar to tailor it to your taste. Just blend it to the desired consistency in a food processor and store in a jar. Enjoy the rich and creamy goodness whenever you want!

- 21 oz / 600 g almonds
Instructions
- To make almond butter, roast almonds at 325°F / 160°C for 15 minutes.
- Keep checking on them and moving them in between, as they can burn quickly. Let cool.
- Move to a good-quality food processor and start blending. In the beginning, you will have to scrape down the sides a few times.
- Stay patient here. After 10–15 minutes, the almonds will have turned into a beautiful, creamy almond butter.
- There is no need to add any liquid, oil, etc. Enjoy!
